I'm afraid that is not some random "neko", it's someone elses character, and it was a commission specifically for her use only. Because people didn't read the notice at the bottom, other people got it done, and I was forced to take it down to stop it from happening again :c
So, I'm sorry, that one is out of bounds for tattooing I'm afraid. Any of my other designs, that are not commissions (in the descriptions it will say whether they are or not) are fine for getting done, just for future reference :3
